What I think should be noted is the change in how this young lady carries herself. The posture in the “before” picture is tense with a bit of a slouch. In the “after” shot, it is clear that she has more pride in her body; she looks more relaxed and casual. It’s amazing what a change in physical health can do for one’s mental health.
